We employed a young man from Cuba for a major project and got very close to the needs of his people. He has since travelled back and married and has established a family in WA.

It looks like the lifting of the ban is close. I found one tour offering 5 days in Cuba with limited meals for an outlandish cost. It is a group of educators and 34 had already signed up. I am still looking. . .
