Congratulations to all the people of Egypt. I have been in tears all day while watching your joyous celebration. Savor every moment and let this joy sustain you as you begin the work of creating your own democracy. I have always wanted to see the magnificent pyramids of Egypt but have been afraid to visit your country. I now have hope that some day before I die I may yet have that extraordinary experience. People of Egypt the world is watching your couragess stand for freedom.The light in your beautiful faces are shining like a beacon that is lighting up and waking up this World.I live in Oregon but if I were there with you I’d gladly join you and help in any way I could to give my support.If there were some way to lend some financial support I’d gladly do that also.You are in my prayers every day.I envision a new Egypt of peace and freedom created in love by it’s own people.

My prayers and thoughts to the people of Egypt it is a fascinating country I spent 2 weeks in Cairo in 1978 and loved it, I learned a little Arabic. A most gracious people to total strangers. I know people can get drunk on power, greed, and money. However, it saddens me that if the Mr. Mubarak really loves his country he would put you through all this.
Know people of Egypt the minds and hearts of people all around the world are with you and we support and admire your struggle. All of us young, old, sick, lonely, happy, you give us inspiration with your courage and you teach us that humanity can and will unite when the hour of need is there.
Mr. Mubarak I say to you, you claim no foreign intervention is to be accepted in Egypt. Please Mr. Mubarak come to jail me, I as a foreigner support the people of Egypt, but you have not just me to imprison Mr. Mubarak you have many millions more around the world to imprison!!!!!

To all of you currently suffering in Egypt,
The eyes of the world are watching, and are whole heartedly behind your uprising May democracy and huma rights flourish in Egypt. Having watched the news today, the situation appears to getting ever uglier; please, hold fast, as together, mounatins CAN be moved. Let’s all hope and pray that change will happen without further bloodshed.
Please, can someone inform me what I can do in the Uk to help?
