		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for your comment Craig.  I agree, the visit to Afghanistan was complicated.  We heard many people say they wanted the international community to support their efforts to rebuild their country and not abandon them but the situation has not improved in the ten years of US occupation so it is time for a change. You are completely right.]]></description>

Many of the Afghans we met wanted the United States to stay, but in a role of friendship and support, not on a war footing. Sadly we broke all our promises and are mostly seen as an occupation force now.

It is time to bring our troops home.]]></description>
