The Obama administration has rejected the proposed Keystone XL Pipeline. Following months of activism and pressure – from both advocates and opponents of the proposed Keystone XL pipeline to carry heavy crude 1,700 miles from northern Alberta to the Gulf of Mexico – President Obama made the right decision to deny the permit application from TransCanada.

Over a thousand people gathered in front of President Obama’s fundraiser in San Francisco on Tuesday to keep the pressure on him to reject the Keystone XL Pipeline. It was said to be biggest protest yet in front of an Obama fundraiser.
