		<description><![CDATA[When my husband and I visited Bolivia last year for several months, we were amazed at the variety of food products sold at fresh markets that we had never heard of and had never seen in restaurants. While we knew of quinoa, many of the other grains were unknown but sounded like they had great nutritional and energy potential. I do hope that Bolivia begins to value and use its native foods more in its cooking.]]></description>
