Egypt’s Supreme Council of the Armed Forces Rules It Will Not Allow International Election Observers

EgyptianWomen_bannerIt was announced this week by the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF) that Egypt will not allow international monitors to observe the upcoming parliamentary elections. Despite this decision, Global Exchange WILL be sending our first delegation to Egypt this January.
