What is Reverse Trick-or-Treating?
The person that gave you the card you have was taking part in a National Day of Action where nearly a quarter million people all over the nation stormed the streets on Halloween night to turn the tradition of trick-or-treating on it's head by giving chocolate to the adults.
This was the third year the action has taken place. Each year, Global Exchange with the help of generous donations from chocolate companies, including Equal Exchange, gives out kits for FREE to individual households, groups, organizations, and schools to partake in this great event. Each kit includes fair trade chocolates and informational cards about fair trade, like the one you received.
Here is a copy of the flyer or card.
If you have questions about the kit you ordered, please contact the Fair Trade team by e-mail: fairtrade@globalexchange.org or call: (415) 575-5557 ext. 220.
