The Citizens Trade Campaign is a coalition of environmental, labor,
family farm, consumer, and religious organizations promoting
environmental and social justice in trade policy. CTC is a leading

favor of purely commercial interests and against average families.
Communication Workers of America
The Communication Workers of America (CWA) recently brought 600 of
their key field people to DC for a legislative conference and some
lobbying around FTAA and Fast Track. These people are now back at home
and eager to work on this some more. Check out all the great FTAA and
Fast Track resources on their web-site (including a PowerPoint
presentation in English & Spanish).
Global Trade Watch
Global Trade Watch, a division of Public Citizen, is involved in
monitoring corporate globalization initiatives including NAFTA and the
Free Trade Area of the Americas negotiations. This website provides an
extensive list of resources for fair trade advocates, including a list
of organizers in each state.
Institute for Policy Studies
IPS has core programs on Peace and Security, the Global Economy, and
Paths for the 21st Century, supplemented by several projects that
address specific issues. These program areas are linked with each
other and with coalitions around the country through our Progressive
Challenge networking and outreach program, which unites single issue
organizations and programs under a common, multi-issue progressive
agenda entitled the Fairness Agenda for America.
Sierra Club
The Sierra Club's grassroots advocacy has made it America's most
influential environmental organization. This site details the adverse
impact of free trade agreements on health, safety and environmental
protections. Includes sample letters to the editor and postcards to
congressional representatives opposing Fast Track. Also contains links
to the Sierra Club9s Responsible Trade Network and information on how
to contact the Responsible Trade Coordinator nearest you.

Free Trade Area Americas Official Website

at long last released a draft text of the controversial Free Trade
Area of the Americas. This text however lacks vital information and
represents only a fraction of the entire pact.
