Many of these research delegations take place during conferences and workshops of Cuban scientists and professionals on the relevant theme. Our delegations take advantage of the opportunities for interchange provided by the gathering of these Cuban experts in one place for the conference, while also providing our participants with wider opportunities for research and site visits.
An extended tour of research and site visits will be arranged prior to, each day of and after the conferences for further contact and communication with Cuban scientists and institutes, as well as a exposure to a broader overview of Cuban society.
Global Exchange Reality Tours, a licensed Cuba Travel Service Provider, will arrange for all logistical needs including: Round trip flight from Miami or Cancun to Havana, hotel accommodations, two meals per day, transportation, program fees, translation and Cuban visas.
