Green Festival Expo is the largest and longest-running sustainability event in the United States, now in our 14th year. Our mission is to bring together the world’s most trusted companies, innovative speakers, national and local innovative businesses, conscious consumers and pioneering thinkers like yourself, in one place to promote the best in sustainability and green living.
This year, Green Festival Expo will be back at the LA Convention Center Sept. 25-27th for a 3 day show comprising of innovative speakers, kids activities, over 250 green businesses, a yoga pavilion and cooking demos. The speaker line-up is unique this year with a variety of topics ranging from global warming to sustainable fashion.
Jeff Garner is joining the expo in all 5 cities this year spreading his knowledge on the sustainable fashion industry. Creator of Prophetik, he is best known for his sustainable plantdyed red carpet gowns made in TN. He will be speaking at 1:30pm Saturday, September 26th at the Green Festival Stage.
In addition, Annie de la Bouillerie Goeke, Co-Founder of Earth Rights Institute will be speaking at 11:30 am on Sunday, September 27th at the Green Festival Stage. The Panel will be speaking on collaborative Leaders for a Greener Tomorrow.
Leslie Durso is also joining the expo in all 5 cities with her delicious cooking demos! Leslie Durso is a globally known vegan chef and healthy living educator. You may know her as “Leslie The Lab Girl” from her days with Bill Nye The Science Guy, but she is also the glowing face of a fresher plant-based movement that refuses to compromise style for sustainability. Her presentation will be at 3pm Saturday, September 26th at the Lifestyle Pavilion.
This 3-Day expo will also have a fun packed day on Friday from 12pm – 6pm. Robert Calkin, President of Cannabis Career Institute has 30+ years of experience in the cannabis industry. In 2014, he founded CannaWorx, Inc., a diversified cannabis enterprise that owns and operates the Cannabis Career Institute, founded in 2009 and Cannabis State University, founded in 2010. Speaking at 1pm on Friday, September 25th at the Lifestyle Pavilion.
