HUMANITIES 301 (3 units credit) satisfies the upper-division General Education area C-3 requirement. It counts as elective credit in several majors and minors as well. To receive credit, an upper-division student must also attend a 75-minute discussion section on Tuesdays 5:25-6:40 pm or Thursdays 4:00-5:15 pm, and complete several additional reading and writing assignments.
