What makes a person ride a bike for long distances, meet in community, and engage in service projects?

Each route is carefully crafted through collaborative efforts among host communities, our favorite alums, and staff to build an experience that is meaningful for all involved! As of 2005, Bike-Aid riders connect back through Global Exchange, Just Act, and Overseas Development Network creating a base of approximately 1,350 alums. We encourage you to meet past year's cross country riders, hear about the reasons they ride, and see if it's something you can imagine yourself experiencing soon!
