The Gluten-Free Awareness Tour is heading west to San Francisco! Our event will be on September 21st and 22nd, from 10 am-3 pm. If you like to eat gluten-free food or have celiac disease, we have the perfect event for you. Our stop in San Francisco will include dozens of gluten-free food and beverage samples from local and national gluten-free food manufacturers, live chef demos and presentations from celiac disease experts.
San Francisco's own Lisa Lam, a specialist in Acupuncture and Chinese medicine will be giving a fascinating speech concerning demystifying Chinese medicine and celiac disease. Ravi Harryram, chef at the World Gardens Cafe, will be cooking up something delicious during his chef demo. Amy Fothergill, author of "The Warm Kitchen" and creator of "The Family Chef" blog will be discussing gluten-free food preparation. Join us for a day of gluten-free fun and food and help us on our mission to make the world a more gluten-free friendly place, one city at a time.
Adult admission is $10 and a two-day pass for $15. Children under 12 are admitted free.
