In observance of the 50th Anniversary of the 16th Street Baptist Church bombing in Birmingham and the March on Washington, we recount a terrorist event that took place in Birmingham, Alabama on September 15, 1963.
4 Little Girls is a documentary directed by Spike Lee, which tells the powerful story of the bombing while it examines the crime, the perpetrators and the long struggle to bring them to justice. It also offers a close look at the four girls themselves as friends and families recall in moving detailwho they were and how they lived.
