Day 1: Arrival into Amman - Participant arrivals throughout the day, hotel check-in and rest
- Evening: 7PM Orientation Meeting at hotel conference room, followed by dinner
- Lodging: Toledo Hotel
Day 2: Amman - Morning meeting: Joost Hilterman, Middle East Project Director, International Crisis Group -- a non-profit research organization committed to ending & preventing conflict
- Lunch and leisure time in Amman
- Afternoon Meeting: Muhamed T. Al-Daraji, Director, Monitoring of Human Rights in Iraq, & Haj Ali, Founder, Association of Victims of American Occupation Prisons
- Dinner: Wild Jordan at Jebel Amman
- Lodging: Toledo Hotel
Day 3: Amman to Damascus - Morning walking tour of Amman and early lunch
- Late Morning departure to Damascus -- receive Syrian group visas at the border
- Late Afternoon arrival in Damascus -- transfer to hotel for check-in and dinner
- Lodging: Iwan Hotel
Day 4: Damascus - Morning walking tour of Damascus, including visits to the Damascus Souk Bazaar and the Umayyad Mosque, situated on the grounds of the Basilica of St. John the Baptist
- Afternoon meetings: Mouna Khourdi of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent and UNHCR (UN Refugee Agency), and Mikaela Brown, journalist for the British newspaper, The Guardian
- Lodging: Iwan Hotel
Day 5: Damascus -- Goulan Heights - Morning Meeting: Discussion on the history and current status of the Goulan Heights
- Break for early lunch
- Half-day trip to the Goulan Heights
- Late afternoon arrival in Damascus, dinner and return to hotel
- Lodging: Iwan Hotel
Day 6: Damascus -- Amman - Morning meeting: Patricia McPhillips of the UNRWA Syria (UN Relief & Works Agency)
- Lunch and leisure time in Damascus
- Early Afternoon departure to Amman, dinner and return to hotel
- Dinner: Tarweea in Shmeisani
- Lodging: Toledo Hotel
Day 7: Amman - Morning meetings: Faiza Al Araji, Iraqi civil engineer and blogger whose son was kidnapped in Iraq in 2005, & Stefano Elero, Head of Mission of Un Ponte Per, an Italian human rights and humanitarian relief organization serving populations in need and preventing future war in the Middle East
- Lunch and leisure time in Amman
- Afternoon meeting and forum: Charlotte Lancaster, Women for Women International (WWI), a non-profit organization that assists socio-economically marginalized women of post-conflict countries -- presentations by Iraqi women involved in the WWI's work
- Dinner: Al-Quds in Downtown Amman
- Lodging: Toledo Hotel
Day 8: Amman - Morning meetings: Cathy Kaneshiro, Refugee Coordinator of US Embassy in Amman, and Maggy Marhous, Director of International Catholic Migration Commission, a non-profit organization serving the needs of refugees, uprooted and displaced persons
- Break for lunch
- Afternoon meeting: Mater Saqer, UNRWA Amman (UN Relief & Works Agency)
- Lodging: Toledo Hotel
Day 9: Amman - Morning visit to the Grace School for Iraqis to meet teachers, administrators and children
- Morning and afternoon meetings: Jenine Jaradat, UNHCR, and Mustafah Hamameh, Director of Center for Strategic Studies
- Afternoon leisure time in Amman
- Dinner: Fakr El-Din and Final Group De-Briefing Meeting
- Lodging: Toledo Hotel
Day 10: Departure from Amman - Morning Departure from Amman -- hotel check-out and transfer to airport
